“A tale of the Owl and his flat face.”

A tale of the Owl and his flat face.

Once upon a time in the jungle, there was a certain problem that the entire animal kingdom faced. It was perennial, or it was what they thought. But it was still a nagging problem that refused to change.

It was the issue with the day and night. The animals were finding problem to cope up with the change each day.

So the king (the lion obviously), called for a meeting of the entire forest and asked for opinions. Each one of them gave their ideas. That was when the owl screeched and said, “If it is night then let it be night all the time, and if it is day let it be day all the time.”

At this declaration, the whole animal kingdom charged and beat the owl for his stupidity. And it was from that day the owl has a flat face.
